Requests and scheduling

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. The company confirms service timing, scope, and applicable pricing separately.

Property access

Customers are responsible for accurate gate, pet, irrigation, hazard, and access information. Weather and unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

Pricing and payment

A request is not a quote. Approved pricing, taxes, recurring terms, and payment timing must be disclosed before service or charging.

Cancellation

A real tenant must insert and approve its cancellation, weather, recurring-service, and refund policies here.
