By utilizing Solution Workshop systems or requesting trade service dispatch, you agree to these Terms. Trade-service SMS notifications cover active job coordination, estimate delivery and schedule management. Separate optional SOLWS owner alerts cover the assistant service as described below.
Solution Workshop (SOLWS), operated by SOLWX INC, separately offers optional transactional call and assistant-status alerts about its own service to personal and business account holders. These owner alerts are not client-branded messages to the account holder’s callers or customers. They contain no private transcript or recording. Program details and the assisted-enrollment disclosure explain how support records consent and activates a confirmed recipient.
Message frequency varies with activity. Pilot alerts are limited to 10 per hour and 30 per day; excess calls may not generate a text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for assistance, or email support@solutionworkshop.com. START removes a carrier block but does not by itself restore an old account association; contact support to confirm your notification route before reactivation.
Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These alerts are not an emergency service. Report a lost, changed or disputed recipient number to support promptly.
