Number purchase, campaign submission, and delivery testing always require explicit confirmation or provider review.
Payments and payouts
Payments will be direct charges on the plumber’s connected account. Solution Workshop’s application fee is fixed at 1%.
Contact, policies, and publishing
Review the generated privacy, terms, and optional SMS language before publishing. Publishing a page does not buy a phone number, submit 10DLC, send a text, or enable payments.
Invite dispatchers and wall displays
Invitation links expire after seven days and are not emailed automatically. Kiosk access masks customer contact and message content.
Invitation history
Revoking preserves the audit record and immediately blocks the old link. Reissuing creates a separate seven-day link; it is still not emailed or texted.
