The Solution Workshop guide

See what Sōl could take off your plate.

Start with a task from your day. Try a demo, see its limits, and decide what is worth connecting.

Capability review: September 17, 2026. Status applies to the specific action described.

LIVE NOW
The named action is deployed. Read its limits; this label does not apply to every feature beside it.
PILOT
Controlled testing or a prototype. It may use fictional data or need a guided session; it is not a general customer rollout.
REQUIRES CONNECTION
An integration depends on an authorized account, configuration and a verified outcome. An available adapter is not a connected customer account.
PLANNED
A product direction or unfinished capability. No availability date or included service is promised.

Start with the work

Solution Workshop is building a text-driven operating platform for small service businesses. Sōl is the assistant in that workflow: a place to collect a new request, help a professional organize the next action and keep the result visible.

A request, an appointment, an invoice and a payment are different records. The product should help a small team move between them without losing the customer’s intent or claiming an action happened when it did not.

Our starting point is trade-service work. The vertical demonstrations explore how the same foundations could serve lawn crews, rental owners, salons, tattoo shops and florists. Those demonstrations do not mean every industry has a finished product.

What you can use today

LIVE NOW

Ask for a demo

The homepage form records your request for follow-up. Optional SMS consent is separate. Submitting does not send a text or book a meeting.

Try a fictional workflow

Explore the browser prototypes. Use invented details and read each page’s action labels. A draft or simulation does not reach a customer or charge a card.

PILOT

Discuss a voice test

Direct-call and forwarding pilots can take new messages. Ask us to agree on the route and test outcome. The dedicated Texas booking demo is under repair; general customer rollout is not available yet.

Understand the call flow
For a serious evaluation: choose one workflow, use a fictional example, then ask which steps were simulated, stored or confirmed by an external provider. A successful demo of one step does not prove the whole chain.

Follow the work from start to finish

  1. How a call becomes work

New intake, callback requests, calendar choices and the difference between received and booked.

  2. Run the business

Estimate approval, job state, payment evidence and who can see what.

  3. Connections and roadmap

What belongs to your business, what needs authorization and how to verify a connection.

  4. Take a vertical tour

Try concrete tasks and see where each prototype stops.

Choose your path

PLANNED

The four service tiers are a way to discuss scope. They are unpriced, with no active subscription or automatic provider setup attached.

The tier cards carry the specific pilot and roadmap limits. The planned payment-fee model is separate from your customers’ job prices.

Questions worth bringing to a demo

Can I keep the phone, calendar and tools I already use?

That is the direction. Forwarding and connected-account approaches let us evaluate existing tools before replacing them. Each connection needs support, authorization and its own acceptance test. Keeping a phone number does not automatically make it text-ready.

Do my team or customers have to install Slack?

No Slack requirement is part of the customer product direction. A private owner DM is used in an internal personal-voicemail pilot. General customer delivery needs its own verified route. Optional Traccar phone tracking is a separate, consent-based work-hours feature.

What should I avoid putting into a public demo?

Use fictional customers, addresses and job details. Do not enter private account history, financial documents, health details or passwords. Ask for an approved private workflow before using real business data.
