Use a fictional example to explore the work. Each tour explains what to try and what the prototype does not do.
Capability review: September 17, 2026. Status applies to the specific action described.
Read the status labels
LIVE NOW
The named action is deployed. Read its limits; this label does not apply to every feature beside it.
PILOT
Controlled testing or a prototype. It may use fictional data or need a guided session; it is not a general customer rollout.
REQUIRES CONNECTION
An integration depends on an authorized account, configuration and a verified outcome. An available adapter is not a connected customer account.
PLANNED
A product direction or unfinished capability. No availability date or included service is promised.
Before you start
These pages are product demonstrations, not live business accounts. Use invented names, contact details and job information. Existing values are examples; displayed prices inside a demo are not a Solution Workshop subscription offer or an approved quote for your business.
Look for the result after each action. A saved browser draft, a proposed appointment and a real provider receipt should never be interchangeable.

PILOT
Pipes Plumbing
Follow a fictional customer from request through schedule, estimate and invoice preview.
Try this
Change a job state and check which next action appears. Compare an estimate draft with an approved action.
Boundary: The playground is simulated. It does not instruct a real crew, book a provider calendar or charge a customer.
Tell us about the work you need to organize. Interest in an industry, including catering, is an invitation to learn about it; it is not a promise that a suite exists.
Bring a concrete example: who starts the request, which information matters, who approves the work and what confirms completion. That is a more useful starting point than a long list of integrations.
Write down the step that would save you the most time and the step that felt least like your business. Use those observations to discuss a pilot and its acceptance criteria.
The four-tier presentation can help frame the level of connection or support you want. It does not turn the features you explored into an active subscription.
